The Dutch government has imposed a three-week partial lockdown as COVID-19 cases rise in Netherlands. The government said that it wants to “deliver a hard blow to the virus”. Under the partial lockdown, that begins Saturday night, bars, restaurants and supermarkets will have to close at 8 pm and stores selling non-essential items will have to close at 6 pm.
