Today long cycle rally of Assam Rifles under the program Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav was welcomed by 63 UP BN NCC, University of Lucknow. This long cycle rally being organised from Shillong to Rajghat New Delhi by the Assam Rifles on the occasion of 75th years of Independence as transit as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. The cycle rally start from Shillong Meghalaya and transit through prominent cities towns and villages of five States by visiting places of historical importance and also only stating Freedom Fighters and root thereby spreading the message of peace and national integration. Under the leadership of Major Sudan Pritam and Captain Ravi Rana cycle rally started from Shillong on 5th September 2021. Today they all were welcomed at University of Lucknow by Col Sumit Puri and Adam officer Col P.P. Kishore, Associate NCC officers Maj Rajesh Shukla and Capt Kiran Lata Dangwal, PI Staff and cadets of 63 UP BN, NCC, University of Lucknow. On this occasion under the guidance of Yoga Teacher Dr. Umesh Shukla cadets and Officers did yoga. Cadets and Officers did tree plantation at Shivaji ground of University of Lucknow. Overall it was very motivating programme.
