While hearing a matter on air pollution in Delhi-NCR, Supreme Court told Centre that measures are taken when the weather becomes severe, adding that they have to be taken in anticipation. “This is the national capital, imagine the signal we are sending to the world,” the court observed. It asked Centre to continue the measures for the next two-three days.
