The condition of Nehru Place market is like a slum, Delhi HC said while hearing a plea related to street vendors. “If the plan says there should be three-four vending sites for every 10 shops…it should be limited to that,” it added. “How can we talk of developing Delhi into a city like London without focussing on planning?” HC stated.
