India has reported 12,428 COVID-19 cases and 356 deaths in the last 24 hours. This comes a day after the country saw 14,306 cases and 443 deaths. India’s active caseload stood at 1,63,816, the lowest in 241 days, while the daily positivity rate stood at 1.10%. Notably, Kerala reported 6,664 cases and 53 deaths on Monday.
