India reported 24,354 new COVID-19 cases and 25,455 recoveries in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. India’s active caseload dropped to 2,73,889, the lowest in 197 days. With this, the country’s total COVID-19 cases reached 3,37,91,061, while the death toll surged to 4,48,573.
