India has reported 15,981 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Kerala accounted for over 55% of the new cases in the country as the state reported 8,867 cases and 67 deaths. The country’s active caseload currently stands at 2,01,632, while the number of deaths has risen to 4,51,980.
