Which states/UTs inoculated 85-100% of 18+ populace against COVID with something like 1 portion?

The Center on Thursday named states and Union Territories that have inoculated 85-100% of its whole grown-up populace with something like one COVID-19 antibody portion. Sikkim, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Himachal Pradesh have inoculated 100% of their 18+ populace with first portion. These are trailed by Tripura (89%), Ladakh (88%), Daman and Diu (88%), Lakshadweep (88%) and Mizoram (85%).
