Woman walks out of her car after it gets crushed under 18-wheeler truck in US

State Trooper Rocky Oliphant tweeted, “There’s really not a word to describe this collision. Miraculously believed to be minor injuries… In my 14 year career, I have never seen anything like it.”

Oliphant told Fox 13, “When trooper arrived, we could still hear a person inside the car. That person was able to get out of the car and walk out themselves. It is beyond words to describe how somebody was able to walk away from that car.”

The police had brought in a tow truck to remove the semi-truck from the top of the car as the woman was still inside.

According to the police, the driver reported feeling only minor rib and head pain. She was taken to a nearby hospital for examination.

The crash originally shut down all of I-5 at the bridge.  Officials worked quickly to open lanes in both directions.
