Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal on Tuesday said “an ignorant mistake” by a support centre executive has become a “national issue”. “The level of tolerance and chill…needs to be way higher than it is nowadays. Who’s to be blamed here?” Goyal tweeted. He was responding to criticism of a Zomato executive who told a Tamil Nadu customer “everyone should know Hindi”.
