Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram have started getting restored for users globally, hours after being hit with a massive outage on Monday. Reporting that its apps and services are coming back online, Facebook said, “Thank you for bearing with us.” The outage is being touted as one of the biggest and longest in years for Facebook, which owns the three apps.
