BJP president J P Nadda on Friday affirmed that a “proficient and logical” examination will be led into the Lakhimpur Kheri brutality in Uttar Pradesh and those associated with the occurrence will be brought to book as “no one is above law”.
Talking at India Today Concave 2021, he said that the episode of brutality ought to be not be seen according to races perspective however humankind.
“Law will follow all the way through. No one is above law. A SIT has been set up. Best proficient and logical examination will occur and those engaged with (the occurrence) will be brought to book,” he said while answering to inquiries on the Lakhimpur Kheri savagery.
To a question on the supposed inclusion of Union clergyman Ajay Kumar Mishra’s child in the savagery, Nadda said that neither the BJP nor its administration support any action where law is taken into hands.
“Either in the interest of the party or the public authority, we don’t enjoy any such action where law is taken into hands. Whatever activity is required will be taken. I guarantee that lawful cycle will be contended,” he said when inquired as to whether Mishra’s child who is a blamed for the situation hosts carried shame to the get-together.
