R Ashwin and Eoin Morgan had a go at each verbally during the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Capitals in Sharjah on Tuesday. The episode occurred in the last over of DC’s innings when Ashwin top edged a draw to in reverse square and was out.
Coming back to the change room, Ashwin had a word with quick bowler Tim Southee, who had taken his wicket, however things kind of raised when KKR skipper Eoin Morgan stepped in and mouthed a couple of words at Ashwin.
