India has reported 18,987 new COVID-19 cases and 246 deaths in the last 24 hours. Kerala recorded over 58% of the new cases in the country and 50% of the daily deaths as the state reported 11,079 cases and 123 deaths on Wednesday. India’s active caseload stood at 2,06,586, the lowest in 215 days and the death toll reached 4,51,435.
