Kerala Higher Education Minister R Bindu has said that the practice of imposing saree on teachers is “not conducive to the state’s progressive attitude”. While issuing a fresh circular in this regard on Twitter, she added that teachers have every right to dress as per their comfort in Kerala. “One’s choice of dressing is an entirely personal matter,” Bindu said.
