Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday said to the Delhi government that on the off chance that they can’t deal with the public capital, they should offer it to Haryana. “On the off chance that there is something they can’t comprehend, they set out to accuse Haryana,” he added. Khattar further said that “not one water drop less” is being given to Delhi.
